Why did you decide to take on the NoFizzUSA challenge?
I decided to take on the NoFizzUSA challenge because I was having a battle with a certain soft drink that boasted as much caffeine (or more) than a cup of coffee. In other words, I was getting “a case of the 2:30’s.”

What are your impressions of how technology and social media played into NoFizzUSA?
Seeing my peers in social media taking part in NoFizzUSA, it was easy for me to decide to participate. After all, I’m a competitive dude.

What was the toughest thing about giving up soda?
Now, the toughest thing about giving up soda was nothing. I don’t pretend to be addicted to anything, so giving up a habit that was bad was an easy choice.

What was the best thing about giving up soda?
After giving up soda, I have pants that fit again! Of course, a little cardio never hurt anyone, and that’s an area in which I could pick up the pace. Pun intended.

How did NoFizz America help you along the way on the NoFizzUSA journey?
Finally, NoFizz America has helped me to continue the NoFizzUSA challenge by sending out the latest information about why soda is bad for you. I don’t want to get thrown under the proverbial bus, so I will stay on task until told otherwise.

I just wish NoFizz America were a little closer to my house so that they could handle all my fitness and wellness needs! You can’t have everything in life though, so giving up soda is a good start.
