If you’re reading this, you probably already know what’s going on, and why September 1st is a special day for NoFizz America and all of our followers! If by some reason you don’t know what’s up, check out this page and learn about the 60-day health challenge that we began today for people of the Carolinas and beyond!

If you’re new to hearing about our challenge – take it! It’s never too late to join, it doesn’t cost anything, and you can start at any time! Just let us know if you are so inclined, and interact with us via Facebook or Twitter along the way through Halloween and the end of the 60-day campaign!
For those of you who are already in the challenge, welcome! Today, we’ll post an introductory FAQ blog about what to expect for the next 60 days – and from here on, we will post blogs, tips, advice, articles, and more about the importance of drinking water, reasons to avoid soda, studies done on the dangers of soda and high fructose corn syrup, and more!
So I’m in on the challenge. What do I do now?
The rules are simple! Every day between September 1st and October 31st, drink at least 60 ounces of water! If you like, you can challenge yourself to do more, although we recommend you do not get carried too far with the water over-consumption, as that can be dangerous for your body, too – but water intoxication is something we will discuss later in the challenge, too.

What else happens during the challenge?
A bunch of cool stuff! We will blogging, tweeting, Facebooking, producing YouTube videos, doing media interviews and requests, and much more over the next 60 days (and beyond, of course!). Every single day, we’ll update The WaterBLOG with tips, articles, studies, facts, and advice about how to stay properly hydrated, how to avoid soda, healthy drink alternatives, the benefits of water, and SO much more!
Follow us via all of our social media accounts (listed above and at the bottom right of this page) for the latest up-to-date information on what we’re doing, where we’re going, and how all the other participants are doing with the 60 at 60 Challenge!
Am I in this challenge alone?
Absolutely not! One of the best parts of the challenge is the community aspect of the campaign – and not just interacting with us, but in interacting with other participants. Don’t believe us? Check our Facebook page – it’s incredibly active every day, and we’ve got almost 500 people discussing the challenge there.
Or, visit our Twitter account and follow the 800 people who were moved by the campaign to get Charlotte healthy. To get more refined than that, even, check out the official Twitter list of all Twitter participants in the 60 at 60 challenge, too! It’s 250 strong at the start of the challenge – how many Twitter participants alone can we get to join the initiative?!
What tips do you have for us to drink more water?
About 60 of them! Every day, we will post a new blog with tips, tricks, advice, research studies, and more on hydration, soda, water, high fructose corn syrup, and other applicable topics to the challenge. Follow our blog here, and our social media accounts, to pick up all that information!

Can I enlist my friends and family even after the challenge has already started?
Of course! There is no timetable to the challenge, and no registration deadline. Anybody, from anywhere in the world, is welcome to join us if they choose! It doesn’t need to be on day one – it can be on day 45 – and similarly, we aren’t limited to just the Carolinas. Participants come from all across the United States, and the world!
So, spread the word, challenge your friends and family, get them to join and interact, and let us know how the movement is going in your neck of the woods!
Are you having another celebration at the end of this challenge?
Yes!! Of course! We are still deciding on the best date, venue (although we are partial to holding it at Dilworth Billiards in the heart of Charlotte again) and more – and we will keep you posted when that whole plan is finalized soon! After all, what’s the point of the campaign if we all can’t get together and celebrate at the end?
