In conjunction with our website going completely live on Wednesday, July 7th, we are starting our second NoFizzUSA 30-Day Challenge. Just like the first challenge, this one calls on Charlotte to stay away from soda and diet soda for the 30 day period from July 7th to August 5th, 2010.
It’s that simple! No soda, regular or diet, for 30 days, beginning the morning of July 7th, and lasting through 11:59 pm on August 5th.
A big part of the first challenge was the interaction between us and you – and we want to keep that interaction alive! Please interact with us on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or via e-mail with your questions, success stories, tips, and analysis from the challenge.
Another big part of the first challenge was the wealth of information we distributed to you throughout the month. That continues! We’ll blog, link, and analyze research studies, newspaper articles, medical advice, and more about the dangers of soda and soft drink consumption.
We’ll also show you the myriad of healthy alternatives to soda and soft drinks that are out there – whether it’s water, all-natural sweeteners, homemade fruit sodas, or so many other options, there are literally hundreds of ways to avoid soda and still get your fill of taste, texture, and satisfaction!
